SEAMLESS DISTRIBUTORS LLC (DBA TikTok Dojo) (“Seamless Distributors LLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a limited liability company that provides short-form content education, coaching, and an online learning community. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our websites (including ttdojo.com), complete our application or enrollment forms, attend coaching or consultation calls, use our member platform, or participate in our SMS program (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us
- Identifiers and contact information: name, email address, mobile phone number, mailing address.
- Application and enrollment information: answers you give on application forms (for example, familiarity with short-form content and TikTok, learning goals, and general financial-situation ranges used to recommend a suitable program), and booking details for consultation calls.
- Account information: username, password, membership tier, course progress, and preferences.
- Payment information: billing name, address, and payment details. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Communications: emails, chat and support messages, community posts, survey responses, and recordings of coaching or consultation calls (with notice, and consent where required by law).
- Mobile/SMS information: your mobile number; the date, time, source, and method of your SMS opt-in; the consent language you agreed to; and your opt-out (STOP) and help (HELP) requests.
Information collected automatically

- Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7.
Information from third parties
- Scheduling, payment, form, and CRM providers that process information on our behalf, and publicly available sources.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, or precise geolocation) through the Services.
2. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including reviewing applications, enrolling students, scheduling sessions, and granting platform access;
- Send transactional communications, such as application and enrollment confirmations, session and schedule reminders, schedule changes, support follow-ups, and account/access notices;
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support;
- Process payments, prevent fraud, and secure the Services;
- Analyze and improve our content, programs, and website;
- Send email newsletters or updates only where you have chosen to receive them (you can unsubscribe at any time). We do not use SMS for marketing;
- Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. SMS / Text Messaging Program
- Opt-in: You may opt in to receive text messages from Seamless Distributors LLC (DBA TikTok Dojo) by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our registration, application or enrollment forms. The SMS consent checkbox is unchecked by default and optional: you can register for a training without selecting it. Consent is not a condition of registration or purchase, or of using the Services.
- Program type: Transactional and account-related messages only — application and enrollment confirmations, session and schedule reminders, schedule changes, support follow-ups, and account/access issues. We do not send marketing or promotional messages or investment solicitations by SMS.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT) at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at hyun@ttdojo.com.
- Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as follows:
- Service providers: vendors that perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, payment processing, form and scheduling tools, CRM and email platforms, SMS delivery platforms and their carrier partners, and customer support tools. They are contractually required to protect the information and use it only to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety: to comply with law, regulation, subpoena, or court order; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Seamless Distributors LLC, our users, or others; and to detect or prevent fraud or security issues.
- Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.
- With your consent: where you direct us to share information.
Mobile information will not be shared
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our SMS messaging platform and wireless carriers) strictly as needed to deliver the text messages you have requested. All categories of sharing described above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, for the duration of your membership and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, tax, legal, and dispute-resolution purposes. SMS consent and opt-out records are retained for as long as needed to honor your preferences and demonstrate compliance with applicable law (generally at least four years). When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), access controls, and vendor security reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep the website working, remember your preferences, measure performance, and understand how the Services are used. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them. Our websites currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals; where required by law, we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out request.
8. Your Privacy Rights
